1Rolls are rewinded with cardboard core on desired diameter. (3” or 6”) When production is over, the edge of roll is wrapped with nylon bubble and wrapped with plastic stretch in order to protect from exterior environment to transport the rolls healthy.
2Roll is removed from the rewinder unit by transpalet
3Roll is scaled and labelled.
4Roll is located on pallet
5A Cardboard cover is located on the roll. And fixed with strap to pallet
6Pallet label is applied and roll is ready for transport!
